Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 44 years for Chief Manager, 40 years for Manager, 36 years for Deputy Manager, 32 years for the Assistant Manager posts and age limit should be 28 years for Engineer and Officer posts. Age relaxation is applicable as per the Govt. rules.

Educational Qualifications:

1. For Chief Manager/ Manager Posts: Candidates should possess the qualification of Degree in Engineering in Mechanical (First class) with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a equivalent CGPA from a and experience in relevant as well.
2. For Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Senior Engineer: Candidates should possess the qualification of degree in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics (First class) with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University and experience in relevant field as well.
3. For Welfare Officer: Candidates should possess Two years Full-Time Post Graduate Degree/ PG Diploma/ MBA (Specialization in HR) with first class or 60% minimum marks.
4. For Safety Officer: Candidates should have done Full-Time Degree in any branch of Engineering from a Recognized University.

Application Fee: General and other unreserved category candidates need to pay Rs. 300/- as application fee in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Mazagon Dock Limited”, payable at Mumbai.

SC/ST/ Persons With Disability category candidates are exempted from paying fee.

Selection Procedure: Suitable candidates will be appointed for the above posts based on their performance in written test and interview.
