Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 28 years as on 01-08-2013. Age relaxation is applicable as per the Govt. rules.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates should possess following qualification as per the post requirement.
- For Senior Technical Assistant (Hydrogeology): Master’s Degree in Geology or Hydrogeology or Applied Geology candidates are also eligible.
- For Senior Scientific Assistant (Geology): Master’s Degree in Geology
- For Senior Scientific Assistant (Physics): Master’s Degree in Physics
- For Senior Scientific Assistant (Monuments and Wall Paintings): Master’s Degree in Geology
- For Laboratory Attendant: Intermediate/ 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry as Subject.
- For Horticulture Assistant: Master Degree in Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture
- For Senior Technical Assistant (Sugar Technology): Degree in Science/Engineering with Associateship in Sugar Technology awarded by National Sugar Institute, Kanpur.
Application Fee: General and other unreserved category candidates need to pay Rs. 50/- in the form of CRFS at all departmental Post Offices of the country. SC/ ST/ Woman candidates/ Physically Handicapped and Ex-Servicemen candidaets are exempted from paying application fee.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Screening test, Written Proficiency test and Personal Interview.
